Let me start by saying that the owner of this adorable site, Jen, is truly amazing! I was really worried that the new patterns wouldn't come in time to order before the start of school. Jen stayed in constant contact with me and giving me updates to reassure me that they would arrive to her in time. She then emailed me the day they arrived to her. I ordered on Friday and they arrived on Monday. I know she worked faster than she needed to to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you, Jen!! I've been ordering these backpack/lunchbox combos for my girls for 5 years. The lunchbox is big enough to fit their entire lunch, with a pocket on the outside to store their afternoon snack for easy access. The backpack is the only backpack I've been able to find that has the cloth waterbottle storage pocket that is extendable to fit large waterbottles. You either get the netting pocket that extends but breaks from the weight of a heavy waterbottle, or you get the cloth pocket that doesn't stretch so the big ones won't fit. The backpacks used to come with 2 big zipper pockets and one small front pocket. They only have the one bigger zipper pocket and the small pocket now. It's great for my girls because they're both in elementary school, but I may need the extra pocket once they're in middle school. I don't have to worry about that for a few years though. I love this shop. I love their products. I love the owner. I'll be back.

First and foremost, I’m very happy with my backpack/lunchbox combo and my daughter loves it as well. I did have a glitch in the ordering process and I think it could be easily avoided. I made my initial order and then a week later I got an email stating that the items I ordered were out of stock and I could either make a substitution or cancel my order. I made the substitution and that process was easy, but if the out of stock items had been labeled “currently out of stock” on the website, I wouldn’t of had the option to order them in the first place. The “out of stock” email wouldn’t have been necessary. Again, I’m happy with the outcome of my order, but if you don’t have items in stock, please don’t give your customers the option of ordering them. Thank you very much!
