Order Processing & Shipping Info
When will my personalized order order arrive?
If ordered today, your order should arrive to you in about a week to a week and a half.
- Flat rate Standard Shipping = $6.95 or free with orders $100 or more
- Personalized items are processed in 3-5 business days and non-personalized items are processed in 1-3 business days. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or major holidays.
- If you purchase both personalized and non-personalized items together, they will all be shipped together with the 3-5 business day processing time.
- All orders are shipped out via USPS or FedEx. Your order should arrive 2-5 business days after it has been shipped.
- We will automatically send a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.
- Processing time + Transit time = when your order will arrive.
- We do not offer expedited processing or shipping services at this time. The item is handcrafted for you and we require the processing time given above in order to complete this process.
